1. I have applied online. What happens next?
We'll take a look at your application to see if there's a fit. If we see one (and we hope we do), you'll be contacted by one of our Recruiters for an initial telephone interview. If you're not selected to interview for the position you applied for, we'll send you an email to let you know.
2. What happens after the telephone interview?
It depends on the position you're applying for, but one of two things will happen next. We'll contact you again to set up a second telephone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview. Or, we'll invite you to interview with someone at our office right away.
3. What should I do prior to my in-person interview?
Besides wowing us with your smarts and talent, show us you took the time to learn a thing or two about Hotels.com. 4. What should I wear?
We're business casual, so if that describes your style, too, then great! But if wearing a suit during an interview helps you feel more put together, please go right ahead. You'll feel comfortable either way.
5. What can I expect the day of my interview?
At your arrival in our reception area, we'll ask you to fill out the employment application. Next, you will be greeted by someone from our Recruiting department who will introduce you to the first person who will interview you. During the course of the interview process, you can expect to meet and interview with two to five people. We may be able finish that day, or we may need you to come back one more time.
6. How long before I know the results of my interview?
Once you've interviewed with us we will let you know where you stand as quickly as possible. Generally, once a position has been posted, it takes about two months before it will be filled. How long it takes depends a lot on when you came into the process.
